Make a difference.

Our Culture

At GYANT, our mission is to make people better. We value diverse perspectives, candid feedback, and people who have a passion for making a difference. GYANT is a nimble, multi-cultural, and cross-disciplinary team where each member is an expert in their discipline. We’re looking for people like you to help shape the future of healthcare.

Our U.S. Team

GYANT is a remote work-friendly company. With teams spread around the world, we work from where we feel most comfortable and productive. We strengthen team bonds through regular events, in-person and virtual, where we can connect through similar priorities, interests, and attitudes.

As a GYANT team member, you can work from anywhere with a decent internet connection. Whether you're a parent or caregiver who wants to spend more time with family, a world traveler who loves to explore, or somewhere in between, you'll have the autonomy to make a difference where you do your best work.

But there's more to GYANT’s remote-friendly culture than just flexibility. We also empower our teams to get together in person – whether it's in a co-working space in the United States or in our beautiful location in Porto, Portugal.

Our Porto Team

Located in the hub of the port wine industry with countless tours and tastings on offer, our Porto location is just steps from the beach and other attractions.

If you’re expecting to find a modern, open space filled with desks and exposed AC ducts, in a fancy building downtown... then you're in for a treat, because our workplace is nothing like that! GYANT's Porto hub is truly our home away from home and as in every home, its heart is in the kitchen, which is normally where the day starts with a cup of coffee. The overall space is small but cozy and has well-designed rooms where you can comfortably work together with your team.

In the middle of the day, if you’re missing some face-to-face time, we have some really cool spaces for a break. At the end of the day, if the weather is good, you can always enjoy a couple of drinks and relax in the outdoor space. Oh, and did we mention there’s a swimming pool? If you’re not convinced yet, think about being so close to the beach that you can smell the sea breeze in the air.

At GYANT, everyone has a voice, and the idea is what wins, not the person's title.

– Chadd Rivera, Client Success Director

It's easy to come to work everyday with a smile knowing that at the end of the day you're having a really impact in someone's life.

– Catarina Carvalho, Senior Project Manager

I love that everyone is motivated to simply make the best product and experience for our users that we can.

– Rohan Bhandari, Head of Data Science
